Check Out October Drive on Etsy & Poshmark

It's been a while since I talked about my store, so I wanted to tell you guys about a bunch of exciting things that are happening over on Etsy!

Stitches & Bolts and October Rose Boutique are now October Drive

After 9 years on the Etsyplatform under Stitches & Bolts and 2 on Poshmark under October Rose Boutique, I felt like a big change was needed. I decided that I would start the process of closing down my Etsy shop Stitches & Bolts and my Poshmark shop October Rose Boutique, and consolidate them into one shop, October Drive. I feel so much more connected to this identity than I have to the other two in a long time. I've also been having a lot more success, which just further helps me trust that I made a really good decision.

If you followed me on either platform, never fear: I'm still on your list! I simply updated my accounts with the new shop names and am working to get Poshmark updated with all my Etsy listings.

The Cotton & Feather Collection

I have been so incredibly proud of the release of the Cotton & Feather Collection, which has been greatly inspired by the softness of white, ivory and cream faux florals. The Cotton & Feather Collection by October Drive is all about the softness cream tones bring as a design element. Pieces from the Cotton & Feather Collection feature cotton, feathers, mini Roses, Delpinium, Lamb's Ear, Baby's Breath, Cattails, and berries. The Mouse Wreaths in 18" and 28" have also done so well that I was able to add on two other color schemes! The C&F Collection currently consists of a boutonniere, corsage, 18" Mouse grapevine wreath, 28" Mouse grapevine wreath, a limited edition Mouse Ears headband, and a one-of-a-kind mini wooden ring wreath.

The Magical Me Collection

I launched the Magical Me Collection with the idea in mind of having subtle Wizarding World fandom sprinkles for everyday life. This line is still ever-growing and I have new products planned for launch soon. This collection features a "Magic Creator" mug, a Harry Potter-inspired Starbucks hot cup tumbler, a Harry Potter-inspired Starbucks cold cup tumbler, and a vintage wash dad hat with the Protego spell. I'm so proud of how the hat turned out the most! I created it when my son really got into wearing hats and wanted Mike and I to wear one with him. I wasn't into a lot of hats I was finding and wanted to create my own line. This design also has footprints reminiscent of the Marauder's Map. As someone who has social anxiety, I like to imagine this hat protects me from those crossing my path and keep pushing forward, even if it's just to ask someone to move so I can get an item off a shelf. This hat has become one of my top selling products, and it makes me so happy that other people are loving it, too! I can't wait to launch my next design!

I'm just so proud of everything my little shop has been able to accomplish these last few months, so thank you to all who have shopped with me and who will shop with me in the future! I have a ton more designs coming out soon that are in the works. The best way to keep in the know of sales and latest design drops is to follow my Instagram, @octoberdrive, which is where I post product images and behind-the-scenes shots in my Stories.
