The Ancient and Most Noble House

This scarf was one of the last few items I got in my Wizarding World Loot Crate before sadly having to cancel my subscription and IT. IS. EVERYTHING. I have been waiting SO LONG to be able to wear this with just the right outfit, and this cooling fall weather rolling in is perfect for it!

For new mamas still working on that postpartum tummy or lovers of burritos alike, peplum tops are such great cheat pieces to have in your closet. I got this top a couple years ago because it perfectly hid my love of burgers and tacos. While my colic free foods diet has helped me lose more than my pregnancy weight gain, some things don't vanish that easily and that's OK! 

I feel like this was the perfect peplum top for me because the high-low structure worked well with my 5' 4.5" long-torso frame. It's not a traditionally found one either, as most have an attached skirt to the top to help give it it's shape. Whereas this top was cut to that design. Like with all tops, it's important to find one that works well for your torso and makes you feel good in it. It just so happens that this entire outfit (save for the scarf) is from Target. What can I say? I love being able to buy sheets, tortillas, POP! figures and clothes all at the same store.

*If anyone is looking to get the scarf, I did manage to find a listing for one on eBay. It looks like this item might have been a Loot Crate exclusive. It is currently going for $40, as a warning. I can't guarantee that the item is still available, but I thought I'd throw it out there for any searchers.
