Making Changes

I can't believe the number of changes that are happening in my life, but it definitely makes sense that they would happen in September for me. September has always been more of a time for renewal for me. I think a large part of it is due to this time time of year being when I would usually be in a new school year.

While I'm sad I missed the window of my 31st birthday for my site's grand ta-da back in the game, I'm glad I waited.

Yesterday marked a massive new chapter in my life's career section: after almost 10 years, I left my old job as a Marketing Communications Coordinator at a local pest control company, and started a new career path as a Social Media Marketing Coordinator at a local magazine company. And when you see my other announcement today on social media (post coming tomorrow), you might think I'm an insane person like my husband did when I first told him the idea.
