Looted: Unboxing June Birchbox

You guys, I'm in love June's Birchbox and it has everything to do with Davines's Love Smoothing Shampoo and Conditioner, and their OI All in One Milk. Seriously, unboxing June's Birchbox and Loot Crate felt like my birthday had somehow come two months early. I had no idea how amazing the Davines products were until a friend, who's mom's salon is a distributor for them, gave me the low down. I'm a believer. The sizes of the samples caught me off guard because the shampoo bottle is bigger than some of the other samples I get, but the conditioner and milk were smaller. Turns out their products actually stretch out. In last month's unboxing, I had complained to you guys about how small the sample was in comparison to how much freakin' hair I actually have. I've used this sample about 3 times now and I'm barely reaching the half-way point. The shampoo lathers and spreads pretty well, and the conditioner spreads significantly and evenly. I'm out of everything but the shampoo and I'm already jonesin' for more.

The other items included in this month's unboxing were the ElevenSkin Perfection Eye Cream + Concealer, Harvey Prince Hello perfume sample,  Caudalie Polyphenol C15 Anti-Wrinkle Defense Serum, Egyptian Magic Skin Cream and a chance for flight ticket credit towards JetBlue Airlines. The ElevenSkin cream + concealer worked a lot better than expected. The tinted cream blended really well with my skin tones and went on smoothly. I've only used it a few times, but I think it's great. I highly recommend stopping in your local perfume department and looking for a Harvey Prince Hello sample to smell. It's a perfect scent for daytime summer outings! It's very light and floral based.

You guys should really take advantage of all the great things you could be getting a month if you signed up for Birchbox. The subscription is available for both men and women, though the men's box is a little bit more in cost. All you do is take their questionnaire and wait for your first box to roll in! The subscription also makes for a great gift. They're good to best quality brands that anyone would love, with discounts available for purchasing a year at a time.
